Human resources assistant
Supportive team environment
Create and prepare reports on costing and provide analysis where necessary.
Be the point of contact for leave and payroll inquiries.
Process payroll for 60 employees, and lead new starter inductions and training.
Screen applications, complete reference checks, and conduct exit interviews.
Update company organizational charts and assist with report collation.
Skills and Experience
Have an understanding of award interpretation relevant to the industry.
Implementation of new systems or software (not essential).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office application.
